According to Made By Pete, ‘Fires’ is a journey of overcoming self-doubt and creative obstacles. The track showcases a darker and more experimental side of his sound, combining haunting vocals with an entrancing bassline.

Bushwacka! adds their own touch to the release with a ‘Magic Mix’, stripping down the track to create a tunneling groove enhanced by dreamy melodies. Meanwhile, Victor Calderone & Mykol bring their signature style to the remix, infusing the production with reinforced kicks and layering trippy effects over the vocals.
