Nørus has recently released their latest 5-track EP, ‘A Permanent Lapse Of Memory’. It serves as a direct continuation of their previous mixtape, ‘In A Place Out Of Our Dreams’.

Set in a dystopian future, where Earth is devastated by the destructive consequences of power and greed, ‘A Permanent Lapse Of Memory’ invites listeners to embark on a sonic journey that reflects our own human struggles.

The album’s opening track sets the tone with introspective lyrics that deeply resonate: “The sky becomes bluer as we approach the end. The path of evolution, once seen with magical and utopian glimpses, has proven to be the fastest shortcut to self-destruction.”

Code Selections, established in 2023, is a music label led by Felipe Bortoloti. It provides a platform for musicians and visual artists to showcase their work. Nørus and their project ‘Personal System’ exemplify the label’s commitment to pushing boundaries and embracing diverse genres.
